The manufacturing of mattreses has been a Morgans family tradition since 1958. In 1974, two years after the family business was destroyed by fire, the tradition continued when Morgans Industries was formed producing furniture of the highest quality and standards. The production of mattresses formed a core part of the business.

With a rich tradition in the field of manufacturing and an excellent reputation in the Jamaican marketplace,THERAPEDIC International, one of the worlds' largest sleep product companies with 54 factories worldwide across six continents, recognised the Morgans potential and granted them a license to represent them in Jamaica and the rest of the caribbean hence the formation of THERAPEDIC Caribbean Co Ltd.

THERAPEDIC was formed in 1984 and began operations on a 25000 sq ft production facility on 1 1/2 acres of land. Since then THERAPEDIC has been producing thousands of quality sleep systems satisfying the needs of the local furniture retail chains, export market and the jamaican people, with tremendous success.

THERAPEDIC is rising to the demands and challenges of the bedding market and hence has taken aggressive steps to stay competitive and on top of their game. THERAPEDIC is presently constructing an additional 10,000 sq ft of factory space, for increased storage capacity , to accomodate new, additional, state of the art machinery. THERAPEDIC has shown remarkable growth since its inception with an aggressive approach to product innovation, Research and development, engineering and marketing of its world famous product lines and exclusive product benefits.
